Our story begins during the Palisades Fire of 2025

When we purchased our fire cart we had no idea how instrumental our defense system, training, and persistent deployment was to saving our home during the Palisades Fire. That being said, nothing could have fully prepared us for what was to come. Our home survived due to a number of reasons that were out of our control lining up. What was in our control was the water pump and discharge hoses that we purchased just months prior.

The Sylvester Palm Tree that Did Not Burn

This palm tree could have been the demise to the family home. The fire reached the base of it and tried really hard to ignite while we were away. But, thanks to hours and hours of continuous water spray, we were able to mitigate the fire from escalating up to the palms. Once the palm ignite they will blow into the wind and can ignite so much in their path. In total we sprayed this palm and the line of hedges for over 5 hours. We want to share our story and experiences for all to be better prepared for the next event!
